Kevin Nordahl has dedicated his career to real estate since 1996. His service and experience spans all sectors and locales in the Door County real estate market including residential homes, condominiums, vacant land and commercial investments.

Kevin earned his Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) and Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) accreditations with the National Association of REALTORS® in 2004-05. He obtained his Broker credentials from the Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing in 2006. He has served on numerous committees within the Door County Board of REALTORS® and its Multiple Listing Service (MLS), including President of the Board from 2003 to 2005, the longest term in the organization's history. He has also served at the state level for the Wisconsin REALTOR® Association Fair Housing Board of Directors.  

In 2007, Kevin founded True North Real Estate and established the agency's distinctive brand identity; he was then joined by his four Partners in early 2008. Prior to starting his own brokerage, Kevin was a Senior Associate at another Door County agency, where he earned several awards as a Top Producer and achieved over $50M in sales and listing volume. There he developed Door County's first real estate website DoorCountyRealEstate.com which still receives over a million hits per year. 

A life-long resident of Door County, Kevin is dedicated to philanthropy both locally and around the world. He is a past President and board member for the Sturgeon Bay Rotary International Club where he has twice been recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow for charitable giving. Additionally, Kevin is a Chairperson for the Door County Attainable Housing Committee and a past participant in the community leadership development program, Leadership Door County.  

A 1993 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Kevin now shares a historic Baileys Harbor farmstead with his wife Karen, their two young children and three dogs. For recreation, he spends as much time as possible sailing and boating. His other passion is global travel. Past escapes include English literature studies in London, motorcycling in the Bavarian Alps and bareboat sailing the Leeward Islands of the Caribbean.
