Patty Chaudoir began her Door County real estate career in 1994 after relocating from the Chicago area. Patty has been a familiar and smiling face to many a buyer and seller ever since. Prior to joining True North Real Estate in 2011, she was affiliated with another top-producing agency, also located in Fish Creek.

She holds a Wisconsin real estate Broker’s license, is a REALTOR, and has earned both the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Accredited Buyer Agent (ABR) industry credentials. In 2001, the Door County Board of REALTORS named her REALTOR of the Year. During her 17-plus years as a seasoned agent she has achieved $50M in personal production.

Patty earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Elmhurst College, Elmhurst, IL. Prior to relocating to Door County, over a seventeen year period, she was employed in the Chicago area holding various corporate management positions. She is married to Door County native and stained glass artist and craftsman, Gary Chaudoir. When not selling real estate, Patty enjoys a round of golf, lap swimming, skiing, international travel and time with friends, family and her Shetland Sheepdog, Murphy.
